We want you to your gear to be a perfect fit, and we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you order has shipped to exchange or return your items for a refund. We also offer free exchanges!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned through your original point of sale.

If you are doing an exchange, we offer free return shipping on exchanges. If you are exchanging the same item for a different color, you will be able to place your new order during the exchange flow. Once we receive your item back, your new item will ship out. If you are exchanging for a different item, simply select to receive your refund via an ALMSTHRE gift card, and we will provide a free prepaid return label. Once we receive your item back, you will receive a gift card code to place your new order.
Refunds:
If you are doing a return for refund, we offer a prepaid return label for a flat $5 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own shipping method to return your items, please email us at contact@almsthre.com, and we will initiate your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and outbound shipping charges for all orders are non-refundable. Please note that any items marked final sale may not be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Please allow for3 business days for returns to be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
