Not a huge deal but the size on the label doesn't match the size of the product (the website is correct). The side pockets are basically turned 90 degrees so that when mounted they are almost vertical to the ground which doesn't make them safe to use for heavier things like keys. The magnetic flap is great and works really well. The bungee cords cover such a narrow area and have no attachment point down below so there's nothing really secure for anything other than an ultralight jacket. I have several other handlebar bags with much more secure bungees that are the same volume bag.
So happy with this bike bag! It is very spacious as it fits a light jacket, snacks, and my small camera. The magnetic opening makes it easy to grab or put away things. I do ride quite a bit on gravel so for extra security, I added a bungee cord to make sure the bag doesn't accidentally pop open. I wouldn't normally do this if I were just storing snacks, but I wanted to be extra careful with the camera.

High quality look, feel, and performance. Easy to mount, easy to use, magnetic closure works great. I've already gotten quite a few unsolicited compliments on the look and quality of the bag. It's great.
The side panels on bag I received are sewn on 90 degrees off so if you use the carrying strap everything spills out the main compartment. Thought I was doing something wrong until I really looked at the picture and saw the difference. Not a deal breaker, bag serves it's purpose, just not as versatile as it should be.
