Refund policy

We want your gear to be a perfect fit! You have 30 days after your order has shipped to exchange or return your items for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned through your original point of sale.

USA Customers:

Exchanges:
If you are doing an exchange, we offer free return shipping on exchanges. Once we receive your item back, your new item will ship out at no charge.

Refunds:
If you are doing a return for refund, we offer a prepaid return label for a flat $5 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own shipping method to return your items, please fill out our contact form and we will initiate your return. 

International customers outside of the USA:

Returns & Exchanges:
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a return label will not be provided. If you have any questions, please fill out our contact form and our team will follow up. All original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow for 2 business days for returns to be processed once they are marked as delivered. We will notify you once we've processed your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
