I have a specialized diverge str which has holes for a top tube bag. Bag would not line up for the holes to be screwed in. Bag holds phone and small wallet and maybe a small set of keys.
Just received the bag and found it to be sized perfectly for us shorter riders (I'm 5'7" and have around a 53.5cm effective top tube) - I've been looking for a top tube bag for a long time that I could actually fit in between the seat and bag when putting a foot down......and actually put stuff in it......and this is it. I can fit my Fuji X100-T camera in it (tight fit but it fits), or a decent amount of gels/blocks. Only suggestions I'd make is adding in some washers with the screws and maybe a flexible rubber "curtain" that the screw goes through to block stuff coming up through the holes (will likely cover with gaffer tape or something), so deducted a star. Pretty happy with this purchase.
